Pittsburgh, PA – August 29, 2012 – HDS is thrilled to announce that they have once again been honored for Counselor Magazine’s Best Places to Work list. HDS has landed on the prestigious list for the fourth year in a row; dating back to the inception of the award in 2009. This year, HDS landed in the 64th spot.
Counselor sent out more than 4,000 surveys to come up with the complete list of winners. Each company asked all of its employees to complete a 37-question survey about their experience working at their organization. The survey measured 10 different areas including: team effectiveness, employee loyalty, alignment with goals, trust with coworkers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, satisfaction with current role and satisfaction with company benefits. Counselor only honors the 85 best companies to work for based on these surveys.
