Stuart & Associates is a printing, promotional products, and fulfillment services company based in Cleveland, OH. They also maintain a sales office in Columbus. Established in 1973, Stuart & Associates matured to become one of the premier printing and promotional product companies in eastern Ohio. While the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, the acquisition will take HDS’ annual sales to an estimated $32 Million in annual revenue.

The acquisition now allows HDS to offer its client base printing services, as well as additional fulfillment locations. In addition to the Cleveland and Columbus offices, HDS has operations in Pittsburgh, Kansas City and Phoenix.
